Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate must be familiar with the printing industry and should be able to design high-quality stationery, packaging, and marketing creatives. Basic video editing for reels is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design notebook covers, diaries, planners, stickers, packaging sleeves, and other stationery products.
• Create product banners, promotional graphics, and marketing creatives for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.).
• Edit and produce short-form videos/Reels for social media promotion.
• Prepare accurate print-ready files (CMYK setup, bleed, margins, dielines, packaging layouts).
• Collaborate with product & marketing teams to deliver visually strong and brand-aligned content.
• Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery.

Required Skills & Tools

Mandatory Tools:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

CorelDRAW

Canva

Additional Expertise:

Familiarity with printing industries is a must.

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar tools).

Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.

Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Prior experience in stationery or packaging or printing is mandatory.

Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Experience with reel creation/video editing is a plus.
