Key Responsibilities
Job Description Graphic Designer - 2-3 years
Create sales enablement materials such as battle cards, one-pagers, product sheets, and decks aligned with brand guidelines.
Design industry/function-based playbooks with clean, enterprise-level layouts.
Support sales and marketing teams with visually engaging presentation decks and data visualization.
Take ownership of projects from brief to delivery, ensuring outcomes meet expectations.
Design social assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, and events based on campaign themes.
Collaborate with the content team on blog thumbnails and ensure visuals reinforce messaging.
Prepare print-ready collaterals when needed (event flyers, booth materials, handouts).
Improve existing templates and maintain consistency across design systems.
Organize and manage design assets and files for accessibility and scalability.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to meet timelines.
Stay updated on enterprise design trends, typography, layouts, and AI design tools.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
23 years of professional design experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
Proficiency in Figma (primary) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design for documents and presentations.
Experience designing sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, social creatives, and thumbnails.
Ability to work within brand guidelines and contribute to their evolution.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Motion design basics (GIFs, micro-animations).
Knowledge of AI design tools (Gamma, Midjourney, Ideogram, ChatGPT).
Prior experience designing for enterprise or B2B audiences.
Basic understanding of print production.
