About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor with hands-on experience in both visual design and video content creation. The ideal candidate has worked with e-commerce brands or agencies and understands how to create high-converting creatives for digital platforms.

This role requires a balance ofcreative strategy and execution, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement, clicks, and conversions across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and createhigh-performing static and video creativesfor digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, websites, email, etc.)
  • Developcreative strategiesaligned with marketing goals, including ad creatives, product storytelling, and brand communication
  • Design engagingsocial media posts, banners, landing page assets, and ad creatives
  • Edit and produceshort-form and long-form videos(ads, reels, product demos, explainers)
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to createconversion-focused creatives
  • Conductcreative testing (A/B testing)to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video outputs
  • Stay updated withdesign trends, video formats, and platform best practices(especially for e-commerce and paid ads)
  • Optimize creatives for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios

Requirements

  • 34+ years of hands-on experience ingraphic design and video editing
  • Strong background working withe-commerce brands or digital marketing agencies
  • Proven experience creatingperformance-driven ad creatives
  • Strong portfolio showcasing bothdesign and video work
  • Understanding ofmarketing funnels and conversion-driven design
  • Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual stories

Must-Have Tools / Applications (Hands-on Experience)

Graphic Design Tools:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign (good to have)

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Final Cut Pro (optional but preferred)

UI / Creative & Collaboration Tools:

  • Figma
  • Canva (for quick iterations and team collaboration)

Audio & Supporting Tools (Good to Have):

  • Audition / basic audio editing tools

E-commerce & Content Platforms (Preferred):

  • Shopify (basic understanding of asset usage)
  • Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withUGC-style ad creatives and performance marketing content
  • Basic knowledge ofanimation, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques
  • Understanding ofbranding, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Familiarity withAI design/video tools(e.g., generative fill, AI video tools)
  • Experience incontent repurposing and creative scaling
