About the Branding & Media Presence Team
The Branding & Media Presence team is the voice of Kamakhya Analytics. While our researchers uncover the truth on the ground, this team ensures that truth reaches the right audienceclients, policymakers, media, and the public.
This vertical is responsible for:
- Brand Identity: Establishing Kamakhya as the gold standard for political data and insights in India.
- Content Engine: Translating complex data, survey results, and policy research into compelling digital narratives.
- Digital Growth: Managing the firm's digital footprint across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Thought Leadership: Positioning the firm's leadership as key voices in the political and policy landscape.
About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will serve as the Visual Executor of our brand, producing a high volume of clean, consistent, and insight-driven static creatives. This role is central to shaping how Kamakhya Analytics appears across digital and offline platforms.
You will work closely with researchers, leadership, and communication strategists to translate ideas into compelling visual communication outputs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Visual Execution
- Design high-quality static social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and infographics aligned with evolving brand guidelines.
- Develop report layouts, including typesetting, cover design, data visualization, and formatting for long-form survey/policy documents.
- Create polished pitch decks and internal presentations that communicate with clarity and visual consistency.
- Build and maintain brand collateral including ID cards, merchandise, letterheads, event backdrops, and other identity assets.
2. Data & Narrative Visualization
- Transform survey insights, political trends, and policy research into clear, structured, and visually compelling communication pieces.
- Use visual hierarchy, typography, and layout strategy to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
3. Brand Consistency & Speed
- Deliver rapid, high-volume outputs without compromising on detail, accuracy, or adherence to brand systems.
- Uphold colour palettes, typography, layout grids, and visual language at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
Skills & Tools
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva for quick-turnaround edits.
- Ability to visualize data through clean charts, icons, layouts, and structured infographics.
Experience
- 24 years of experience in a design agency, communication team, or brand design vertical.
- Portfolio that demonstrates impactful visual communication, strong typography, and experience with infographics or data-based storytelling.
