Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to oversee the visual direction and execution of our creative projects. This role involves both hands-on design work and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in the development of creative assets for digital, print, social media, and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver visually compelling and effective design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Translate marketing and product strategies into clear, impactful visual communications.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 46+ years of proven experience in graphic design, with at least 12 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Excellent visual, motion, editing, typographic, and layout skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Fashion retail experience is must.
