Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Visualization:

Generate high-fidelity photorealistic interior & exterior stills and videos of luxury properties using AI image creation and editing tools, based on floor plans, mood boards (PPTs), and designer briefs.

Iterate rapidly across multiple versions fine tuning with lighting, materials, time-of-day, styling, and ambiance to match brand tone and buyer psychology

Precision Post-Production:

Perform meticulous last-mile refinement in Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools: fixing artifacts, enhancing textures, adjusting reflections, perfecting color pallets , and integrating branded elements.

Ensure pixel-perfect realism especially for high-impact surfaces (e.g., marble, hardwood, glass, water features, fabric drapery).

Collaboration & Integration:

Partner with interior designers and architects to interpret mood boards and translate plans and themes as described in mood boards and floorplans into cohesive visual narratives.

Tool Innovation & Workflow Optimization:

Proactively test, benchmark, and onboard new AI tools, plugins, and workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Document best practices, build prompt libraries, and help establish an internal AI asset pipeline.

Quality Assurance & Brand Alignment:

Ensure all deliverables meet luxury-grade standards for realism, emotional resonance, and technical accuracy critical for high-stakes sales presentations, brochures, VR tours, and digital campaigns.

Key Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Visual Arts, Architecture Visualization, Graphic Design, or related field *(or demonstrable portfolio proving equivalent skill)*.

1+ years in photorealistic 3D rendering, architectural visualization, or luxury product visualization *or* 1+ year with proven mastery in AI-generated visual content for commercial use.
