Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other designers in the marketing team to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances marketing campaigns
  • Understand design briefs and create visually compelling templates for digital platforms (mainly) such as advertisements and social media posts; basic video editing and print work (occasionally)
  • Provide creative inputs during brainstorming and ideation sessions
  • Demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong interest in designing pixel-perfect user interfaces
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

Job Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • 02 years of experience in the graphic design domain
  • Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of design principles including branding, typography, composition, color theory, and design for print and web
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement
  • Leadership qualities to guide junior designers in the team
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day-to-day operations
  • Ownership of quality checks (QC) for all assigned work
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology
