Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Rajendra Place. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, digital channels, and print collateral, ensuring consistency with client and internal brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing concepts and layouts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting typography, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves collaborating with consultants, marketing teams, and clients to understand briefs, refine design directions, and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines. The Graphic Designer will also support the development of brand identity systems, maintain design libraries, and stay current with design trends and tools relevant to business and growth-focused communication.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate business goals into clear, impactful visual communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or refining brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic alignment across digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; or equivalent software).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility across digital, social media, presentations, and print formats.
- Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered.
