Role Summary

Design static ad creatives for our courses. You are the visual engine behind the courses that drive the majority of portfolio revenue, producing scroll-stopping designs for Meta, TikTok, and Google Demand Gen.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a high volume of static ad creatives monthly for P4 and growth course clusters.

• Create hero image variants per course for landing pages, delivered to Web Dev on schedule.

• Design platform-native creatives: Meta (caption-heavy, silent-first), TikTok (fast cuts, trending visual styles), Google DGen (informational).

• Respond rapidly to creative fatigue alerts, when CTR drops significantly week-over-week, produce refreshed designs within 24 hours.

• Build and maintain a stock visual library by course topic to enable same-day emergency refreshes.

• Participate in bi-weekly creative sprints with the content team following the testing framework: proven iteration + new concept + UGC variant.

• Design carousel ads, discovery-format creatives, and webinar promotional graphics.

• Optimise all LP images with WebP format at appropriate dimensions for fast page load.

• Create social proof widgets, testimonial graphics, and countdown timer visuals for landing pages.

• Maintain brand consistency across all courses while adapting visual style to each course's target audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in digital ad design for performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google).

• Strong portfolio of static ad creatives that demonstrate direct-response design principles.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Ability to produce WebP-optimised assets.

• Understanding of platform-specific design requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, text overlay limits).

• Fast turnaround: comfortable with high-volume output and same-day emergency refresh capability.

• Eye for scroll-stopping visuals: strong typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in education/training industry advertising preferred.
