Role: Graphic Designer (Full-Time, In-Studio)
Location: Kailash Colony, New Delhi
Time: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Sat Off)
What You'll Work On:
- Designing content-first creatives for social media, email, and web
- Creating motion graphics & reels that don't feel like ads
- Owning the brand aesthetic across platforms
- Collaborating with writers, video editors, and strategists
- Constantly iterating based on insights, not ego
- Helping shape how people feel when they see our brand
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:
- Canva (advanced usage, not just drag-and-drop)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Any reel editor you're obsessed with (CapCut, InShot, Premiere)
- Bonus: Figma, Midjourney, AI design tools, Notion, etc.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience OR a portfolio that speaks louder than your resum
- A design philosophy that balances intentionality with boldness
- Clear communication & creative ownership
- Awareness of aesthetic trends (and when to ignore them)
- An eye for storytelling..not just layout
