If you care about craft, details, and *why* something looks the way it does you'll fit in.

What you'll do

* Assist on **brand identity, packaging, and visual design projects**

* Work on layouts, social creatives, pitch decks, and brand assets

* Translate concepts into clean, well-structured design outputs

* Prepare files for print and digital (yes, properly)

* Collaborate with senior designers and founders on live client projects

* Learn how real studios work timelines, feedback, revisions, systems

What we're looking for

* Strong **design fundamentals** (typography, spacing, hierarchy)

* Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign**

(After Effects / Figma is a bonus)

* A portfolio that shows **thinking**, not just aesthetics

* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve fast

* Attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)

* Someone who cares about design beyond trends

What we're *not* looking for

* People who only design for Instagram likes

* Canva-only designers

* I just follow references mindset

* Someone expecting spoon-feeding or shortcuts
