We're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing creative communications business that is redefining how brands are built through exceptional design, compelling storytelling, and innovative technology. Alongside supporting an exciting portfolio of clients, the successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping the company's own brand and launching a new lifestyle apparel business.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly creative Brand and Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of branding, design, marketing, AI-powered creativity, and content production. You'll have significant ownership over the visual identity and creative direction of multiple brands while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can have real impact.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, design-led position for someone who combines exceptional creative ability with strong commercial thinking.

You'll lead creative execution across agency client accounts, the company's own marketing, and the launch of a new lifestyle clothing brand. From developing visual identities and directing campaigns to producing engaging video content and implementing AI-powered creative workflows, you'll help define how these brands look, feel, and communicate.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, embraces emerging technologies, and takes pride in delivering outstanding creative work.

Responsibilities – What you'll be doing

Brand Identity & Graphic Design

  • Lead the visual identity across the company, client portfolio, and lifestyle clothing brand.
  • Design logos, brand identities, visual guidelines, and scalable brand systems.
  • Produce high-quality creative assets including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Marketing collateral
  • Presentation decks
  • Packaging
  • Lookbooks
  • Event branding
  • Print materials
  • Advertising assets
  • Maintain consistent typography, colour palettes, and brand standards across every touchpoint.
  • Produce print-ready artwork with professional production specifications.
  • Build and maintain organised design systems using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure every creative output aligns with brand strategy.

AI Creative & Visual Innovation

  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered creative tools including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora, and similar platforms.
  • Develop prompt libraries and repeatable workflows for efficient content creation.
  • Use AI to accelerate concept development, mood boards, retouching, and creative production.
  • Evaluate when AI-generated assets are appropriate versus traditional creative approaches.
  • Stay current with developments in AI design technologies and educate the wider team on best practices.

Video Production & Motion Content

  • Plan, direct, shoot, and edit engaging marketing videos.
  • Produce content for:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Brand campaigns
  • Create motion graphics, captions, animations, and polished edits using professional editing software.
  • Coordinate external videographers, photographers, and creative partners where required.
  • Capture live content at events for real-time publishing.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Lead creative output across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Support marketing initiatives with engaging design and video content.
  • Conduct brand audits and recommend visual improvements.
  • Develop newsletters, brochures, presentations, and editorial assets.
  • Refresh and evolve the company's own brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Build creative case studies and thought leadership materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve creative effectiveness.

Lifestyle Brand Development

  • Lead the visual launch of a new clothing and lifestyle brand.
  • Develop packaging, labels, campaign assets, ecommerce visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Produce engaging product storytelling through photography and video.
  • Create branded email marketing and SMS campaign templates.
  • Design retail and event collateral for physical activations.
  • Maintain a centralised creative asset library as the brand grows.

Public Relations & Events

  • Design media kits, press packs, and presentation materials.
  • Produce creative assets supporting PR campaigns and company thought leadership.
  • Design branding for events including invitations, signage, merchandise, and event graphics.
  • Attend selected events to oversee creative execution and content capture.

Operations

  • Identify new creative technologies and production tools that improve efficiency.
  • Maintain well-organised project files and creative assets.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and external suppliers.
  • Monitor creative performance and apply insights to future projects.

Requirements – What we're looking for

We believe the ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing.
  • Experience working across both agency/client services and in-house marketing environments.
  • An outstanding creative portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, branding, and motion.
  • Advanced proficiency with:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Figma
  • Practical experience using AI creative tools including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, and similar platforms.
  • Strong video production and editing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience producing professional print-ready artwork.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for branding, design, marketing, technology, and emerging creative trends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching or growing fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Photography experience.
  • Creative direction for commercial shoots.
  • Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, or other 3D software.
  • Web design experience using Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, or Wix.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Positive, proactive approach to problem solving.

Work Schedule

As the client operates from the United Kingdom, you'll work UK business hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00 GMT
  • 13:30 – 22:30 IST
