Associate Graphic Designer

You do not need to know everything already. But you should have curiosity, taste, attention to detail, and the hunger to keep improving.

Qualification:

• 1-4 year of experience in graphic design.
• A good eye for design, layout, colors, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio that shows your design thinking, even if it includes college projects, personal projects, internships, or self-initiated work.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Interest in video editing or motion design using tools like Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Curiosity to understand the target audience before designing.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve your work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Social media creatives, ad banners, campaign posts, carousels, and WhatsApp creatives.
• Brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, and event collaterals.
• Website banners, landing page visuals, icons, and feature graphics.
• Short videos, reels, testimonial edits, and simple motion graphics.
• Product marketing creatives that explain ADDA's features in a simple and visually engaging way.

Experience:

1-4 years.
