About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Relanto. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in designing visual assets across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity. As a key contributor to our marketing and branding initiatives, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience of 2-3 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, is required. Familiarity with Figma for creating layouts and prototypes will be considered an advantage. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines. A good understanding of digital and print media specifications is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Design creative visual assets, including social media posts, marketing materials, and brand collaterals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Develop visually engaging presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create basic video edits and formatting using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Produce simple motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain brand identity.
- Adapt and optimize designs for digital, print, and presentation formats.
- Utilize Figma for creating layouts and prototypes when required.
