About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping the visual language of our products and services, particularly within the hospitality, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of branding principles, and the ability to translate strategic ideas into impactful visual stories. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG industries. A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, originality, and good taste is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required. Candidates should have a sharp aesthetic sense, with a good understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout balance. Knowledge of AI-based design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway is considered a plus. Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are also important. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by a strong portfolio and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing collateral, social media creatives, and print materials tailored for hospitality and FMCG brands.
- Develop innovative packaging concepts, label designs, and product mockups that are visually appealing and shelf-ready.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Translate strategic marketing and branding objectives into compelling visual storytelling for campaigns, menus, digital advertisements, and event visuals.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, materials, and emerging AI tools to continually push creative boundaries and enhance design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Provide input and ideas during brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions.
