Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai

Brand: Leading Indian QSR & Retail Brand

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communication across digital, retail, and campaign platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large consumer brands, preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, or food categories.

This role requires someone who understands brand language, campaign storytelling, retail visibility, and performance-driven creatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead visual development for national & regional marketing campaigns
  • Create high-impact creatives for:
  • Social media
  • Performance marketing
  • In-store branding (standees, table tops, posters, danglers)
  • Packaging & menu design
  • Festive & promotional campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Agencies
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Develop visual storytelling concepts aligned with brand positioning
  • Guide junior designers and freelancers when required

Skills & Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing retail & digital campaign work

Expertise in:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Motion basics (After Effects preferred)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Layout systems
  • Print production processes
  • Digital-first creatives
  • Experience in QSR, FMCG, or Retail brands preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume campaign environments
