We are looking for a Social Media Designer / Visualizer with hands-on experience in executing digital creatives for Ministries, Government Departments, or PSUs. The candidate should be adept at translating policy-driven communication into visually impactful and compliant digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design static creatives, infographics, policy explainers, awareness posters, and digital campaign creatives
- Create GIFs, short videos, and audio-visual content for government initiatives
- Ensure all creatives adhere to Ministry/PSU brand identity and official guidelines
- Work closely with departmental communication teams for day-to-day deliverables
- Execute quick revisions as per official feedback and approval cycles
- Maintain documentation and archive of creatives for reporting and audit purposes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably serving Ministries/PSUs
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience designing government awareness campaigns, public information creatives, and event collaterals
- Ability to work from client premises in Mumbai
- Understanding of structured communication hierarchy and approval workflows in Government offices
