About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong design

fundamentals with the ability to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation,

speed, and visual exploration. The role requires ownership of end-to-end design execution while

contributing strategically to brand and campaign thinking.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead visual design across digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns

● Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

● Use AI-assisted creative tools to support concept generation, mood boarding, layout

exploration, and rapid prototyping

● Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and motion teams

● Review work to ensure quality and alignment

● Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders

● Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

● 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience

● Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus

● Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney,

DALL·E, Figma AI, Canva AI, Runway, or similar tools to support ideation, visual

exploration, and workflow efficiency

● Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding skills

● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
