Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging animations and video assets that elevate our paid digital and social campaigns. What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be producing motion and video content for our paid media and marketing initiatives, while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

Motion Graphics & Video Responsibilities

Design and produce animated content for paid social, display ads, teaser videos, and digital campaigns.

Edit short-form videos including teaser videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing distribution.

Create and edit internal communications videos as needed.

Work closely with copywriters, designers, and business units to develop captivating campaigns that are fun and engaging.

Contribute to campaigns tailored for both U.S. and Latin American audiences.

Export and optimize assets for web, mobile, and social platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in motion design or animation, with a focus on digital advertising and marketing.

Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including expressions, motion principles, and template creation).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

Strong understanding of exporting, compression, and optimization of video and animation files for web and social platforms.

Demonstrated experience creating animations for paid media including social ads, display banners, and email.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams across time zones.

Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual design.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for creative enhancements (e.g., AI-assisted motion or automation).

Experience in 3D or emerging motion technologies.

Experience with sound design or audio editing for video (a plus).

Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator for creating assets to animate.
