Graphic Designer

Café Coffee Day (CCD) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Brand Communications team in Bangalore.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Preferred Colleges: NID (National Institute of Design), NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Sir J. J. School of Art, or other premium design institutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, in-store branding, standees, menu boards, brochures, posters, and other marketing assets.
• Develop compelling visual concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistency with CCD's brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare print-ready artworks and coordinate with printers for high-quality execution.
• Create presentations, infographics, and internal communication materials.

Desired Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Retail, QSR, FMCG, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
