Graphic Designer

• Bachelors degree in graphic design/visual communication or an equivalent bachelors degree with relevant work experience in graphic design
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Must be able to produce high quality, creative and attractive reports, brochures, bid documents and basic motion graphics using Adobe Creative cloud
• A strong eye for technical detail and visual composition
• Adept to the wider design knowledge and Global Thinking
• Understanding project requirements and translate them into creative solutions
• Should be proactive towards knowledge sharing and adapting to new skill sets
• Follow and maintain our global brand guidelines and standards
• Ability to deliver end-to-end graphic requirements in a bid process, manage inputs and expectations from bid teams
• Able to use own initiative, prioritize, plan workload efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Adapt the One team culture by accepting & appreciating others design goals
• Communication & Verbal Skills
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to negotiate and deal with Project Managers across global regions daily
• Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality reports and other documentation for external use and publication
• Production of high-quality graphics for use within bids and formal submissions
• Design and create collateral for marketing initiatives in collaboration with business development managers
• To work on several individual projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
• Adherence to AtkinsRalis brand guidelines and advocating for best practices to the brand
• Work as part of an integrated design team and co-ordinate with other disciplines
• Attention to detail able to self-check and correct workManagement
• Support in keeping the teams productivity and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and other Global Design teams
• Helping the wider business in terms of building a good client report Functional Relationship
