Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will support brand and communication objectives by developing high-quality visual content across digital, print, motion, and video formats. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into clear, effective, and brand-aligned creative assets. The ideal candidate will bring strong design fundamentals, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for marketing, social media, internal communications, employer branding, campaigns, presentations, and digital channels
• Translate business and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and production-ready designs
• Use Adobe CC Suite and Canva to create static designs, motion graphics, animated content, and edited video assets including rapid-turnaround creative deliverables
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all formats and touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement in creative processes, templates, and content execution
• Stay current on design trends, content formats, and emerging tools that improve creative quality and efficiency

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia design with a strong portfolio in branding, campaign creatives, motion graphics, and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro along with working knowledge of Canva
• Ability to create visually engaging, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in an MNC, corporate communications, or agency environment is preferred
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, social media and short-form video content, presentation design, storyboarding, and accessibility principles is an advantage

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants should include a portfolio with examples of:

• Brand and campaign design
• Digital and social media creatives
• Motion graphics or animation
• Video editing work
• AI-assisted creative work, where applicable
