Our work spans educator training, makerspaces, digital learning platforms, STEM programs, and global education initiatives — working closely with schools, institutions, and education systems around the world.

About the Role: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support ongoing marketing and brand initiatives across social media, campaigns, events, and digital assets. This is an execution-focused role suited for someone comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment with multiple parallel projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives including statics, carousels, reels, and campaign assets
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, decks, banners, one-pagers, and event materials
• Support product and website-related visual requirements
• Edit and assemble video content for social media, campaigns, product showcases, event highlights, testimonials, and promotional content
• Add subtitles, transitions, motion elements, and platform-specific formatting where required
• Maintain consistency across visual branding and communication assets
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams on quick turnaround deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of relevant graphic design experience

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social-first and digital content formats
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of video editing workflows and content formatting for digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Structure:

• Remote (WFH)
• Standard working hours aligned to IST
• Occasional meetings outside standard hours may be required to accommodate global collaboration across time zones
