Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in creating high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, a good aesthetic sense, and the ability to create visually consistent brand communication across multiple touch points.
This role will involve working closely with the marketing and retail teams to create engaging designs for retail collaterals, social media, performance marketing, and offline brand materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually strong designs for digital and print communication.
- Design brand and retail collaterals such as in-store materials, standees, table-tops, danglers, shelf-talkers, posters, banners, brochures, and sale/festive creatives.
- Develop creatives for social media, performance marketing ads, WhatsApp groups, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Work on layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, image treatment, and overall design composition.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
- Prepare print-ready artworks with proper sizing, alignment, margins, bleed, and production specifications.
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats, retail communication styles, and visual best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Good aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and effective visual communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced brand, marketing, or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback positively.
Good to Have
- Experience working with consumer brands, retail brands, tech brands, or e-commerce brands.
- Basic motion design knowledge using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of social media formats, ad creatives, and performance marketing design.
- Experience creating retail launch kits, product brochures and sales collaterals.

Qualification
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but strong portfolio quality and relevant experience will be given equal importance.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing digital and print design work, including brand campaigns, retail collaterals, social media creatives, posters, brochures, or similar design projects.
