Graphic Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to be based on-site at our Gurugram office. This role involves creating visually compelling graphics, designing brand materials, developing logos, and executing branding projects.

You will be responsible for implementing effective typography and ensuring high-quality standards in all design outputs.

Responsibilities

Design high-converting ad creatives for:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Create static creatives, carousels, banners, and social media ads optimized for conversions.
• Work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and creative strategists to develop performance-focused creatives.
• Understand hooks, CTAs, user psychology, and visual storytelling for ads.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creatives for different audiences and platforms.
• Stay updated with current ad trends, viral formats, and competitor creatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, or performance marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
• Conversion-focused design
• Social media ad formats
• Ability to create fast-paced, scroll-stopping creatives
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or lead generation brands.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and creative automation platforms.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer behavior
