Earthful is looking for a full-time designer to manage all brand collateral and editing work. We're specifically looking for an AI-driven designer, someone who treats AI as a core part of their creative toolkit, not an afterthought.
Location: Full-time, On-site - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Design
- Graphic design of all brand collateral: Website banners, packaging design, social media static posts, carousels, leaflets, and more.
- Statics ownership: Own the full creative process for static posts - from insights and developing concepts, to final design execution.
- Website design and updates: In line with Earthful's brand language - from full page redesigns to quick copy swaps.
- Packaging design: New packaging design as well as edits and iterations on existing packaging using Adobe Illustrator.
- Campaign creatives: Designing statics and creatives for marketing campaigns that are on-brand and conversion-focused.
- High aesthetic standards: Maintain visual consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints and communication.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with different teams to ensure all visual communication aligns with brand guidelines
AI-Driven Approach & Efficiency
What We Expect: Fluency in AI prompting, iteration, and extracting production-quality visuals from AI tools
- AI image generation: Use tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Luma Labs and other tools to generate high-quality campaign visuals and creatives.
- Prompt engineering: Craft precise, effective prompts to produce on-brand outputs and iterate quickly when the first result isn't right.
- Stay current: Continuously explore emerging AI tools and bring new capabilities into the workflow before they become mainstream.
Skill Set:
- Graphic designing of statics and banners using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Packaging design using Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills for image editing.
- Fluency in AI image generation tools (Gemini, Sora, ChatGPT, Claude, Luma Labs, or similar) with strong prompting skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense in design - this one's non-negotiable.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to assist with website design decisions beyond just visual updates - good to have.
- Ability to use AI tools to generate short-form AI videos for campaigns and social content - Bonus!
