Role Description

As a Sr. Graphic Design Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping Decibel's visual identity across brands. This creative role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, visual storytelling, and collaboration skills to translate ideas into compelling, consistent, and effective brand assets.

Relevant Details

• Work Time: Monday - Friday

• Time: 10 AM to 7 PM

• Type: Hybrid (3 times a week from office)

• Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

• You do need a personal laptop for the role which can run heavy software

• Salary: Upto 45,000 per month

• Work Experience: 3-5 years

• Preferred Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

1. Fast, high-quality design execution under pressure: Deliver polished, visually strong assets across social, digital campaigns, presentations, and brand touchpoints, quickly and with high craft. Handle tight, same-day, or overnight turnarounds as the norm, without dropping quality across multiple briefs at once.
2. AI-first content creation: Strong hands-on proficiency with leading AI image and content tools to produce commercially usable visuals.
3. Advanced AI prompting: Write detailed, intentional prompts to control composition, style, environment, product, character, and brand aesthetic.
4. Branding and visual identity: Build visual identities, brand systems, typography, colour palettes, and campaign identities that are distinctive and cohesive.
5. Creative concept development: Turn briefs and marketing objectives into original concepts that are strategic, sharp, and stand out in crowded feeds.
6. Social-first design: Design specifically for social consumption, platform-appropriate, scroll-stopping, built for fast-moving feeds.
7. Brand consistency: Apply brand guidelines accurately while knowing when to creatively push the visual language forward.
8. Design problem-solving: Own visual problems and solve them independently, without needing step-by-step direction.
9. Trend and technology awareness: Stay current on design trends, AI capabilities, social formats, and creative technology, and apply them to the work.
10. Collaborative execution: Work closely with creative, strategy, content, and client teams, responding to feedback while hitting deadlines.
11. Continuous creative improvement: Bring new ideas, formats, AI workflows, and tools that raise the team's output and efficiency.

• Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within a design agency or corporate environment.
• Work experience as mentioned in the primary source from where you found out about this opening
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written english is a MUST.
• Must have a personal laptop with appropriate specs to run heavy design softwares
