Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you won't just be making things look pretty—you will be translating complex business concepts, data, and technical workflows into highly engaging, intuitive visual narratives.
You have a deep understanding of
Gestalt principles and use visual psychology (proximity, similarity, continuity, and closure) to guide a viewer's eye, establish clear information hierarchy, and drive action. You are an expert in the
Adobe Creative Suite and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment where design directly impacts lead generation, brand trust, and user engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute B2B Marketing Campaigns: Design high-converting visual assets across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring all graphics align with our overarching B2B marketing strategy.
- Apply Visual Psychology: Utilize Gestalt principles to design clean, scannable layouts that simplify complex data, technical architectures, and abstract software concepts.
- Maintain Brand Governance: Act as a guardian of our brand identity, ensuring absolute consistency across typography, color theory, grid systems, and iconography.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with content writers, digital marketers, and product teams to turn copy outlines and wireframes into polished, professional deliverables.
- Data Visualization: Transform raw statistics, research findings, and financial/technical data into clear, compelling charts, graphs, and infographics.
The Asset Run-Down: What You'll Be Building
As Our B2B Graphic Designer, Your Portfolio Will Heavily Feature Corporate, High-impact Marketing Collateral. You Will Own The Visual Execution Of
- Multi-page eBooks, comprehensive whitepapers, state-of-the-industry reports, and case studies (requiring master-level typography and grid alignment).
- High-performing LinkedIn ad creative, meta ads, and display banners designed to capture corporate audiences.
- Custom carousels, blog hero images, open graph graphics, and event graphics.
- Polished pitch decks, client presentation templates (Google Slides/PowerPoint), data sheets, and one-pagers.
- Custom vector icons, functional illustrations, and structural graphics that support UI layouts.
- B2B booth designs, roll-up banners, swag, and print collateral for corporate conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, B2B SaaS, tech, or corporate marketing environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma for collaborative or marketing-to-web workflows is an added bonus.
- Flawless command over typography, colour theory, layout composition, and information hierarchy.
- An understanding of marketing funnels and how design adapts across top-of-funnel (awareness) to bottom-of-funnel (conversion) assets.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution of layout design, data visualization, and professional marketing collateral.
