Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging digital and print collaterals, including brochures, annual reports, newsletters, social media creatives, presentations, and infographics, ensuring adherence to HCLFoundation brand guidelines.
• Create and edit impactful videos showcasing project activities, beneficiary stories, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to translate complex information into compelling visual content.
• Develop creative content for social media platforms and digital campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events, field visits, and organizational activities.
• Support branding, communication, and event-related requirements through the creation of marketing and promotional collateral.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging multimedia practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking, and content development skills.
• Hands-on experience in photography and operation of camera equipment.
• Excellent project management, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Passion for social impact and development sector communication is preferred.
