Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Logical Showsha, a subsidiary of CYK Hospitalities, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and brand-consistent designs. Your work will be central to building a strong visual identity for the company across multiple platforms. You will manage creative projects independently, collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and content teams, and deliver outstanding design solutions that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creativity & Design Innovation:
- Develop innovative and visually striking designs that align with CYK Hospitalities and Logical Showsha's brand identity and engage the target audience.
- Create high-quality content for both digital and print platforms, including promotional materials, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Push creative boundaries to keep the brand fresh and relevant across various touchpoints.
· Client Expectations & Feedback Management:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations for each project.
- Develop design concepts that align with client briefs, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Incorporate client feedback effectively, revising and refining designs as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate openly with clients to ensure their feedback is understood and applied accurately to the designs.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Independently manage design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with other department to understand project objectives and develop design solutions that support business goals.
- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring all projects are completed within deadlines and to a high standard.
- Brand Consistency & Identity Management:
- Ensure all designs align with Logical Showsha's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints and media.
- Develop and implement new branding materials as needed, refining and evolving the brand identity while ensuring consistency.
- Ensure designs effectively communicate the brand message and enhance its perception.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative solutions that align with the company's objectives.
- Also with client when needed .
- Software Proficiency & Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices to create cutting-edge designs.
- Produce designs with technical precision for various formats, both digital and print.
- Feedback & Revisions Handling:
- Handle constructive feedback professionally and apply necessary revisions while maintaining high design quality and consistency.
- Revise designs efficiently across multiple iterations to ensure final outputs exceed expectations.
- Adaptability to Trends:
- Stay informed on the latest design and entertainment industry trends, incorporating relevant elements into your designs while staying true to the brand's identity.
- Experiment with new design styles and techniques to keep the brand's visual language fresh and engaging.
AI Tools & Creative Technology:
Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva AI, Runway ML, or similar platforms.
Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, generate creative concepts, accelerate content production, and improve overall efficiency while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the creative process where appropriate.
Required Equipment:
- The candidate must have their own laptop with all the necessary specifications and configuration required to efficiently perform design tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of Up to 4 years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and print media.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles.
