Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Head of Department to produce engaging and impactful visual content that effectively promotes our products across various e-commerce platforms and social media channels.

As part of an established yet expanding organization, you will contribute to continuously enhancing our visual identity by staying up to date with the latest design trends. Since we primarily operate in the UK and European markets, experience in designing for international audiencesor a strong understanding of visual preferences and marketing standards in these regionsis highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Department to create engaging and impactful designs that effectively market products on various e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
• Design visually compelling banners, product images, and promotional content that align with brand guidelines and appeal to international audiences, especially in the UK and European markets.
• Stay up to date with design trends, ensuring creative output is modern, relevant, and visually aligned with current market expectations.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts that communicate the brand story and enhance user engagement.
• Design and produce marketing collateral including ads, email creatives, social media posts, and other digital assets.
• Continuously refine and improve upon existing designs to boost visual appeal and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and e-commerce to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
• Ensure all designs meet high standards of visual quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining creative quality.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats, optimizing for performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• You are truly passionate about design and have an ability to think out of the box.
• 2 to 5 years of experience within a similar type of role.
• Working knowledge of Adobe photoshop , Illustrator , Premier Pro or after effects.
• Visualize, design and develop creative graphics, design concepts and layouts.
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Experience in designing product banners for eCommerce portals.
• A strong portfolio of work which contains variety and flair.
• Able to multitask and work under strict deadlines.
• You have a good standard of English.
• Attention to detail on finishing of deliverables.
• Somebody who is able to improve on existing ideas.
• Time management skills and self-organization is critical.
