Job Description

Experience: 5+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, seasonal events, sale creatives, and brand launches
  • Create high-conversion creatives for:
  • Digital ads (display, social, OOH)
  • Emailers & push notifications
  • Landing pages & app/web banners
  • Amazon marketplace, ads, Mobile campaigns, and social media
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives
  • Use A/B testing and campaign data to refine and improve creative performance
  • Maintain brand consistency while innovating new design approaches

Required Skills:

Expert in:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion design tools
  • Knowledge of different AI tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, ad creatives, and performance marketing work

Deep understanding of:

  • Conversion-driven design
  • Digital-first design systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast turnaround projects
  • Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
