We're the new kids on the block, but we're here to make some noise! Our DTC Beauty × Personal Care brand is shaking up the industry with multifunctional personal care products. We're not just selling products - we're cultivating a community of empowered individuals who believe that self-care can be convenient, easy, and tailored to your lifestyle.

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into high-performing visuals across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create designs that are not just aesthetically strong, but conversion-driven.

What You'll Do

1. AI-Led Design & Innovation

  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Pomelli, Firefly) to accelerate creative output
  • Experiment with new formats, styles, and workflows to scale content production
  • Bring fresh, unconventional visual ideas to the table

2. Social Media & Performance Creatives

  • Design static creatives for Instagram, Meta ads, and other digital platforms
  • Work on high-volume, fast-turnaround assets (ads, carousels, hooks)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise creatives for performance

3. Website, Emailers & CRM

  • Design high-converting website banners and product detail pages
  • Create emailers, newsletters, and CRM assets aligned with campaigns
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

4. Packaging Design

  • Assist in designing product packaging and labels
  • Work on mockups, print-ready files, and visual concepts for new launches
  • Balance creativity with practical production constraints

5. Event & Print Collateral Design

  • Create event printables such as posters, brochures, and other on-ground collateral

6. Presentation & Deck Design

  • Enhance and refine company decks for better clarity, consistency, and visual storytelling

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
  • Strong fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, and hierarchy
  • Ability to work fast without compromising on quality
  • Good understanding of social media trends and visual culture
  • Basic understanding of branding and consistency
  • Comfortable using AI tools in the design process

Bonus Points If You

  • Have worked on D2C brands or performance marketing creatives
  • Understand what makes an ad convert vs just look good
  • Can think in concepts, not just execution

Tools You Should Know - Non-negotiable

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma
  • AI tools for image and content generation
