What we are looking for in a candidate –
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Design high-quality UI elements for the mobile and web applications
- Improve the UI design for the existing mobile and web applications
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for website, app, social media
- Ability to experiment with different font styles and colour to create visually appealing artwork for web and app.
- Design illustrations & icons
- Ability to create appealing visual design screens- from wireframes to execution for web, that are on-brand guidelines
- Present design concepts and amend them after feedback
- Knowledge of motion design, HTML would be an added advantage
Skills
- 2+ years of proven UI experience
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Knowledge of motion design, HTML, CSS would be an added advantage
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
