About the role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will take complete ownership of design projectsfrom concept to final delivery. You will create visually compelling designs that not only engage users but also align with learning objectives and enhance overall user experience.
This role offers close collaboration with instructional designers, developers, and key stakeholders. You will also mentor junior designers and help establish creative standards to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilites:
- Design and execute visual assets for eLearning modules, websites, and marketing materials
- Create layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, and branding elements aligned with learning goals
- Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to transform complex concepts into engaging visuals
- Develop and maintain style guides, templates, and brand assets
- Review and mentor junior designers to ensure quality and consistency
- Optimize designs for delivery across platforms (LMS, SCORM, desktop, mobile)
- Stay updated with design trends and UI/UX best practices
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- 24 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in digital learning or media)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (including UI/UX and educational content)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
- Ability to understand client expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes
