Job Description

  • Software Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma

Objective

To create high-quality, brand-aligned visual communication materials that strengthen PRASA and Ecocore brand presence across digital, print, events, and corporate communication platforms.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Brand & Visual Identity Management

  • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across PRASA and Ecocore
  • Develop corporate design assets (brochures, pitch decks, flyers, etc.)
  • Maintain standardized templates for marketing communication

Digital Marketing Creatives

  • Design social media creatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create performance marketing ad creatives (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Design website banners, landing page visuals, and UI mockups in Figma
  • Optimize creatives for conversions and engagement

Corporate & Sales Collaterals

  • Design product brochures (EcoRack, EcoRow, EcoCube, EcoChill)
  • Develop case study layouts
  • Create corporate presentations and technical documents
  • Design infographics for technical communication

Event & Exhibition Branding

  • Design stall panels, standees, backdrops, and display materials
  • Create branding kits for industry events and expos
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for final output quality

Video & Motion Graphics Support

  • Assist in video thumbnails and graphic overlays
  • Design storyboards for marketing videos
  • Create short motion creatives for digital campaigns

Internal Coordination & Timely Delivery

  • Work closely with Marketing Managers for task execution
  • Prioritize tasks based on campaign timelines
  • Deliver creatives within defined deadlines
  • Maintain organized design file structures

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum X creatives per week/month (as defined by marketing plan)
  • Maintain brand consistency score (internal review)
  • Improve engagement metrics through design quality
  • Zero major print/design errors
