Key Responsibilities

• Design Coordination: Manage and coordinate graphic design projects from concept to final delivery.

• Brand Identity Development: Work closely on building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity for the organization.

• Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, and management) to align design requirements.

• Quality Control: Ensure all visual outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

• Project Management: Track multiple design tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

• Vendor/On-site Coordination: Handle basic coordination work that may require travel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, coordination, or a related field.

• Must own a vehicle for travel-related tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

• Basic understanding of social media creatives and marketing visuals.
