Key Responsibilities
- Create/Update engaging presentations (PPT) for marketing and sales
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content and design support
- Assist in managing social media accounts and content scheduling
- Support HubSpot activities (email campaigns, contact updates, basic
automation)
- Help create marketing assets (social posts, emailers, brochures, case studies)
- Ensure consistency in branding across all materials
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or
related field
- Strong interest in presentation design and storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools for content/design (preferred)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Exposure to HubSpot or similar tools (good to have)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
- Good communication and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Basic graphic design skills
- Internship/project experience in marketing or content creation
