Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients.
• Understand TQs and ensure its closure by coordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers
• Prepare & ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client's requirements.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information & documentation.
• Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Preferred candidate from Valves background
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Has knowledge of ASME material (ASME Sec. II part A & part B) & ASME Sec. IX welding standards.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID, Develop BOM based on P&ID & PMS. Understanding of ASME Codes and standards.
