Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage government projects from tendering to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Develop strong relationships with government agencies, PSUs, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Identify new business opportunities in the government sector and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Provide technical expertise on government liaison, government sales, government relations, corporation affairs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role in the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of government projects (PWD), railways, CPWD) tenders & contracts.
- Excellent tendering skills with ability to prepare winning proposals.
- Proven track record of building successful client relationships at senior levels.
