Governance Support - Bid Admin

Overview

You will play a critical governance and assurance role in ensuring that bids and pursuits progress through the Service Delivery Process with full compliance, rigor, and transparency. This role is responsible for enabling effective decision‑making by ensuring that all information, documentation, and approvals are in place for structured reviews and stage‑gate governance.

Acting as a central coordination point, you will plan, organize, and schedule governance activities to support Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews, as well as formal Stage Gate Reviews and Technical Governance approvals, in line with the Group Approval Matrix. You will work closely with bid, technical, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure governance requirements are met and risks are appropriately understood and managed.

Your role

• Ensuring all necessary information, guidelines and supporting documentation is available to successfully undertake pink, red and gold team activities as applicable.
• Planning, organizing and scheduling activities necessary to comply with the Service Delivery Process, including the attendance of appropriately authorized Approvers. (In accordance with the Group Approval Matrix)
• Ensuring all necessary information and documentation is available to successfully undertake Service Delivery Process Stage Gate Reviews and Technical Governance, gaining the requisite approvals

About you

• Education level degree or equivalent, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or construction.
• Minimum required level of previous experience of 8 years working in a Bid Management/Bid Governance position
• A proven people manager and with excellent people leadership, facilitation, motivation and communication skills.
• Understanding and application of corporate governance including risk profile, cash-flow scope and strategy.
• Quickly able to grasp overall competitive strategy and the details how to implement it
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
