This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google and Meta Ads Manager, located in the Mohali district. The Google and Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing ad performance, conducting A/B tests to improve ads, allocating budgets, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet campaign objectives and reporting the campaign performance to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Google and Meta advertising platforms and tools
• Strong Marketing, Advertising, and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Project Management skills
• Experience in analyzing data and generating actionable insights
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
