Role Description This is a full-time/Part time remote role for a Google Ads Manager at Pixelgate Technologies. In this role, you will plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant networks, aligned with client goals and budgets. You will perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing, as well as configure bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and remarketing lists. You will monitor performance daily, optimize campaigns for ROI and CPA targets, and prepare clear performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages, staying current with Google Ads best practices and platform updates, and contributing to overall digital strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including Search, Display, and YouTube, with proven experience optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Hands-on skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting tailored to different campaign objectives.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to track conversions and inform optimization decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, or design teams to align ad messaging with visuals and landing page experiences.
  • Comfort working with budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies (manual and automated), including A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment.
  • Relevant experience in digital marketing or paid media; Google Ads certification and experience in creative or agency settings are a plus.
