As we scale aggressively, we are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Manager / Ads Specialist who can own learner acquisition, drive measurable growth, and build data-driven marketing engines across digital channels.

This is not a conventional marketing role - we are looking for someone who understands growth, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and user psychology at scale.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end digital growth for Protrainy through performance marketing, paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.

The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, highly creative with growth experiments, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership and speed matter.

You should have prior experience scaling campaigns in an EdTech environment and understand the nuances of learners acquisition funnels.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Paid Acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Drive scalable lead generation campaigns for courses, webinars, workshops, and career programs.
  • Optimize campaign performance across key metrics including:
  • CPL
  • CAC
  • ROAS
  • Conversion Rate
  • Lead Quality
  • Build audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategies to maximize conversions.

Growth & Funnel Optimization

  • Own the complete learner acquisition funnel from ad engagement to qualified lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with admissions and sales teams to improve lead conversion efficiency.
  • Analyze user journeys, landing page performance, and drop-off points to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

Brand & Social Media Growth

  • Manage and scale Protrainy's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop content-led engagement strategies aligned with business and growth goals.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for high-performing ad creatives, reels, videos, and campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Business Suite
  • CRM & Marketing Automation Tools
  • Build performance dashboards and weekly/monthly growth reports.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and reduce marketing costs.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Growth.
  • Prior experience in EdTech marketing is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Paid Lead Generation
  • Retargeting & Funnel Optimization
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and growth marketing frameworks.
  • Ability to independently manage budgets, campaigns, and performance targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in high-ownership startup environments.
  • Strong communication and execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Certifications in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Performance Marketing
  • Experience with webinar funnels, cohort-based programs, or education product marketing is a strong plus.
