Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI through data-backed strategies and hands-on campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies to maximize CTR and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize daily budgets, bids, and overall account performance to achieve CPA/ROAS goals.
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience retargeting, and data-driven attribution models.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of at least 50L+ or $50,000+.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other PPC platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, or SaaS-based advertising.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripts (Google Ads scripts, SA360, etc.)
