IMZ Media Solutions is an 18-year-old performance marketing agency headquartered in Mumbai, working with D2C, e-commerce, and B2B brands across India, North America, and the Middle East. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Shopify development — all under one roof, all performance-driven.

Role Overview

This is a core execution role for a Google Ads specialist who has already cut their teeth at an agency and wants a portfolio of accounts where their decisions directly move the RoAS needle. You will independently manage 6 to 10 client accounts spanning B2B lead generation and B2C/D2C performance, across the full Google Ads ecosystem: Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and remarketing. You are accountable for results, not just activity.

What You'll Own

End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and remarketing for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

RoAS & Performance Ownership: Hit and beat client RoAS, CPL, and CPA targets. No hiding behind the algorithm is still learning.

Account Strategy: Recommend campaign structures, budget allocations, and bidding strategies tailored to each client's funnel stage and business goal. Differentiate clearly between B2B intent capture and B2C demand generation.

Tracking & Analytics: Own tracking implementation and audits across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and conversion APIs. You catch tracking issues before clients do.

Testing Discipline: Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Maintain test logs and document learnings for the team.

Client-Facing Reporting: Build performance decks for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Present numbers with context and recommendations, not screenshots from Ads Manager.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Client Servicing, SEO, Meta Ads, and Creative teams. Brief creatives on what's needed and why, not just we need new ads.

Mentor Associates: Guide Google Ads Associates on campaign hygiene, troubleshooting, and best practices.

What We're Looking For
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads execution experience inside a digital marketing agency. Agency experience is non-negotiable for this role; in-house brand experience alone does not qualify.
  • Strong working knowledge across Google Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and remarketing. You should be able to walk into a new account, audit it, and have a 30/60/90 day improvement plan within a week.
  • Demonstrable RoAS-driven mindset. We will ask you for specific accounts where you turned around performance and what you did. Bring receipts.
  • Confident with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking debugging.
  • Active Google Ads certifications across Search, Display, Measurement, PMax, and Shopping at minimum.
  • Strong written and spoken English. You will join client calls regularly, even when not the primary point of contact.
  • Comfortable working across both B2B (lead gen, longer sales cycles, lower volume) and B2C/D2C (RoAS, Shopping, volume plays). Strength in only one context will not cut it.
Tools You'll Work With

Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Ads Scripts, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Optmyzr, Supermetrics, or similar third-party optimization tools is a plus.

What Would Make You Stand Out
  • Hands-on Shopify experience for D2C accounts.
  • Experience with offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, or server-side tagging.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Ads, Bing, or LinkedIn Ads as a secondary platform.
  • Prior work with international (US, Canada, Middle East) accounts.
