Responsibilities

Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company

to avail gold loan products.

Ensure fulfillment of customer's gold loan requirement

Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process

Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone,

acid and saltwater

Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for

customers

Build a long-term relationship with customers for future

business

Securely handover pouches and loan documents at

storage

Skills & Requirements

Languages- Kannada/ Hindi and English are a must. Other languages are an added

bonus

Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications

Two-wheeler and license for travel

Technical Skills - Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the

gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority.Good

communication and convincing skills.

Ensuring the right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction

etc.
