Job Title: Gold Appraisal Partner
Location:Pune
Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Salary: 20,000 40,000 per month
Additional Benefits: 4,000 Petrol Allowance + Performance-Based Incentives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Male candidates only
- Must know Marathi language.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Experience in gold appraisal preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers near assigned branch/bank to convert company-generated leads for gold loan products
- Explain gold loan schemes and convince customers to avail the services
- Ensure complete fulfillment of customer's gold loan requirements
- Verify and process customer KYC as per company standards
- Accurately appraise gold ornaments using:
- Touchstone method
- Acid test method
- Saltwater testing
- Perform stone deduction calculations
- Identify brittleness, sonority, and purity of gold
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong knowledge of gold purity testing methods
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- Basic documentation and verification knowledge
