We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead product launch, market expansion, growth strategy, and customer acquisition for our healthcare product.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced GTM professional with strong expertise in launching and scaling products in the US healthcare space. The ideal candidate must understand healthcare buyer personas, product positioning, growth channels, partnerships, and revenue acceleration strategies.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of the complete GTM lifecycle — from market research to execution and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for US healthcare products
- Identify target audience, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), buyer personas, and market opportunities
- Create product positioning, messaging, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation
- Plan successful product launches with measurable acquisition goals
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
- Build demand generation strategies for B2B healthcare customers
- Generate pipeline through partnerships, outbound campaigns, inbound channels, and referrals
- Analyze US healthcare market trends, compliance environment, and competitor activities
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Optimize conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
- Present GTM reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5+ years of proven GTM experience
- Strong experience in US Healthcare / HealthTech / SaaS products
- Deep understanding of US healthcare ecosystem (Providers, Clinics, Hospitals, Payers, RCM, etc.)
- Strong experience in product launch and scaling strategies
- Expertise in growth marketing, B2B sales enablement, funnel creation, lead generation
- Experience in positioning healthcare technology products in the US market
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM tools, automation tools, and GTM platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with healthcare startups or product companies
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and US healthcare regulations
- Strong network within the US healthcare ecosystem
- Experience in AI / Automation / SaaS healthcare products is a plus
