Qualifications for Mobility Solutions and Consulting Role
Your Experience Counts:
Education:
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school, or extensive industry experience in mobility services or consulting.
Professional Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience in mobility solutions, fleet electrification, and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) integration.
Strong background in smart infrastructure, autonomous mobility, and on-demand services.
Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, with expertise in process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
Proven track record in value architecting, business case preparation, and value realization.
Experience with Digital Transformation, New IT, Cloud & Core Modernization, including Cloud transformation processes, legacy-to-cloud migration, Agile transformation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI/ML strategy implementation and use cases.
Certifications:
Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) are highly advantageous.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
Experience in large data analysis, data-driven consulting, Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics.
Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding, and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
Leadership & Management:
Experience in team management, with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members in projects, asset development, business development, and overall professional development.
Knowledge of Design Thinking & Innovation:
Knowledge of design thinking workshops and innovation strategies to drive creative problem-solving and solution development.
